Brikena Tare is a senior transport expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the sector, working with public institutions, international development organisations, non-profit organisations and private-sector stakeholders.
She specialises in transport planning and strategy, transport policy and regulatory compliance, transport safety, sustainable and intelligent mobility, transport infrastructure, logistics, transport data and analysis, and institutional capacity building.
She has extensive experience in preparing and implementing transport strategies, policies, action plans, regulatory frameworks, technical studies, training programmes and technical assistance, with a focus on EU integration and sustainable, resilient transport systems. Her work includes engagements with the UN, the EU, the World Bank, the EBRD and Albanian public institutions.
